I've spent my career at the intersection of sales strategy, program leadership, and strategic communications — leading national retail programs, managing large distributed teams, and navigating the kind of high-stakes organizational moments that most people only read about.

Most recently I've served as Program Director of Sales & Strategy for a national managed service provider, driving growth and innovation across consumer electronics and retail technology programs with a focus on collaboration and customer-centric approaches.

Now I'm channeling that experience into something bigger: building the tools, communities, and strategies that help frontline workers and teams in transition take control of what comes next.
